Accessibility Statement

aam2core Holding AG is committed to making this website accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) and the accessibility requirements set out in the accompanying ordinance (BFSGV).

Scope

This statement applies to the website www.franky-quartier.de, including all subpages and both language versions (German and English).

Compliance status

This website is fully compliant with the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 and with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, conformance level AA.

No content is currently known to fall short of those requirements.

Reviewed and assessed as compliant

Two further items are reported by automated testing tools but are not violations after closer review:

• The navigation dots below the image gallery appear smaller than the required 24 by 24 pixels. Their actual target area is extended to that size. Testing tools are technically unable to detect this extension.
• Links within running text on the Imprint and Privacy Policy pages fall below the stated minimum size. WCAG 2.2 explicitly provides an exception for links within a sentence in success criterion 2.5.8.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 15 September 2026.

It is based on a self-assessment. Testing was carried out using an automated evaluation with the axe-core testing tool, supplemented by a manual review against WCAG 2.2, conformance level AA. The manual review covered, among other things, operation by keyboard alone, visibility of the focus indicator, reflow behaviour at a viewport width of 320 pixels, increased text spacing, rendering at 200 per cent zoom, and behaviour with reduced motion enabled.

The initial audit took place on 4 June 2026 and the follow-up audit on 15 September 2026.
